Shipping
We will process and ship your order within 24 hours in most cases. We do not ship outside the lower 48 states. Shipping cost is a flat fee of $8.99. Michigan sales tax of 6% will be collected for Michigan residents.
Returns
Returns may be made within 5 days of receiving the item. A request to return may be made by e-mailing returns@topshotarchery.com. Customers returning items will be given a store credit for the amount of the item. Steps for returning an item.
1. E-mail returns@topshotarchery.com for a return authorization number.
2. Return a copy of the invoice in the package.
3. On the outside of the package write the return authorization number.
4. Send package/ Item insured and prepaid by US Postal Service or UPS which ever works best for you. An address will be provided in a return e-mail.
5.. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refused Shipments
Items/ Shipments refused by the customer will incur a shipping, handling, and restocking fee.
The following items are non-returnable
1. Clothing items that have been worn or had the tags removed.
2.. Items damaged in any way due to mishandling
3. Custom Arrows
4. Any sale item.
Items returned may not be used. If the item was opened, specify in the e-mail why and we will handle those and all returns on an individual basis.
Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged package and the merchandise inside is damaged in any way please keep all the packaging material and contact UPS directly for assistance in filing a claim. If your local UPS is unable to assist you e-mail us your name, phone number, and a time that will be good for us to call you back and we will respond promptly. Please do not return the package until you have contacted UPS and received instructions on how to proceed. You may lose your right to file a claim.
